🍳Crunchy oat and rice flour cookies made with melted butter.
So tasty with every bite—perfect for a homemade treat!
📌 Ingredients are listed below.
【Ingredients】6 pieces
50g Milk
80g Rolled oats
30g Melted salted butter
35g Brown sugar
20g Honey
80g Rice flour
3g Baking powder
25g Almonds
【Directions】
①Add milk to the oats and let sit for 10 minutes.
②Put the butter in a bowl and microwave at 600W for 40 seconds to melt.
③Add the sugar and honey, mix well, then add the oats and mix again.
④Add the rice flour and baking powder and mix. Finally, fold in the almonds.
⑤Divide the dough into 6 portions, shape each into an 8 cm round, and place on a baking tray.
⑥Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (320°F) for 24–26 minutes.
The cookies will be soft right after baking.
Let them cool completely on the tray, then store in an airtight container.
