🍳I kept the sweetness light so the blueberry flavor really stands out.
These oil-based scones are perfect for a simple snack.
Please give them a try!
📌 Ingredients are listed below.
【Ingredients】6 pieces
A
200g Flour
6g Baking powder
20g Sugar
30g Coconut oil
80g Milk(+more for brush the top)
60g Frozen Blueberries
Icing:
20g ～ Powdered sugar
1/2 tsp～ Lemon juice
【Directions】
① Add ingredients A to a bowl and mix lightly. Do not knead.
② Add the blueberries and gently mix. Shape into a 14 cm round and cut into 6 pieces.
③ Arrange on a baking tray and brush the tops with milk.
④ Bake at 200°C for 18 minutes.
⑤ Once completely cooled, pipe icing on top and enjoy!
