Описание: Is your memory normal? What's a 'normal ' memory, anyway? This series gives you practice in each of the important types of memory for baby boomers and beyond.

Memory for shapes challenges your non-verbal skills. It's important because you use this type of memory for pictures or photographs, designs, colours, map reading and even road signs.

How many shapes can you remember at a time? Use this exercise to find out your current level of non-verbal memory and keep trying the exercise until you are satisfied with your level.

If 'improve my memory power' is on your wish-list, you will achieve this as well as exercising your working memory.

Most people with a healthy brain can keep seven (plus or minus two) shapes in their short-term memory. How did you go? Use this exercise as brain training - it isn't a brain test! You can do it as often as you like (and use the pause button to vary the time if you need more).
