BEGINNER RUNNING VLOG
✍️ Today’s Run Note
Two days ago, I did a threshold run at a pace that pushed me out of my comfort zone. After weeks of running easy, increasing the intensity felt refreshing at first, but my body quickly reminded me that speed always demands a price.
Even now, my quads and the bottom of my feet still feel tight and heavy. It is not sharp pain, just a lingering soreness that tells me I went beyond my usual rhythm. Running fast after so many steady days makes recovery feel slower and deeper than I expected.
Sometimes I think about trying interval training as well. But without rest days in my routine, that level of intensity would be too much for me right now. I believe my body needs to grow stronger step by step before I take on that challenge.
For now, patience is part of the training. I will keep building strength quietly, so that when the time comes, I can handle harder sessions with confidence.
