Hello Friends! Start your day (or any time you need a gentle reset) with this 30-minute Full-Body Slow Flow Yoga practice. This all-levels practice is designed to awaken the body, release stagnant energy, and create a sense of ease and positivity that carries you through your day.
Throughout this practice, we’ll:
• Move mindfully to greet every part of the body
• Release tension and stagnant energy
• Cultivate awareness, presence, and a calm inner state
By the end of this slow flow, you’ll feel lighter, energized, and more connected to your inner peace – your Zen Within.
Props:
• None needed – just your mat and your intention
