As we get older, mornings can feel stiff. Tight hips. Achy back. Shoulders that don’t want to move.
That’s exactly why I follow this morning mobility routine, and why I recommend it especially if you’re over 50.
In this video, I’m sharing the simple sequence I use every morning to:
• Reduce stiffness
• Improve joint control
• Support balance and stability
• Increase circulation
• Feel more energized for the day
This routine is not about stretching aggressively.
It’s about controlled movement, joint awareness, and preparing your body to move safely and confidently.
You don’t need equipment.
You don’t need to be flexible.
You just need a few intentional minutes.
When you move first thing in the morning, you improve how you walk, train, lift, reach, and live.
If you want to stay independent, strong, and mobile after 50, this is a great place to start.
Try it consistently for one week and notice how your body responds.
