Here are a few simple movements to relieve low back and neck tension after a period of desk work. No posture is "bad" posture, but our body isn't designed to hold certain shapes for long periods of time.
These movements aim to lengthen and strengthen the posterior chain (muscle located along our backs). Remember that neck position is very impacted by eye movements!
