We toured the snowmobile trails around Bancroft and we hit every trail in the maze! What an amazing day of riding. Thanks to the Old Hastings Snow Riders for grooming and maintaining the trails! You can't go wrong when you sled Bancroft, Ontario.
Right off the bat with ran into a bunch of vintage snowmobile enthusiasts riding up from Eldorado. You wouldn't believe it, that last sled was towing a custom smoker! They were smoking meat and riding! How cool is that. The smell of the meat on the trail was unreal!
We started on the south side, riding north from Gilmour. 961 and 910 were freshly groomed and phenomenal! After that we played around in the maze, hitting all the trails. We spent time riding Mayo Lake and even took a break on that small goat trail in the middle of the lake. Gas was filled in McArthur Mills and dinner was served at the Granite - Downtown Bancroft!
What a great ride! Stay tuned for the next day of riding when the temps got frigid!
