SHORT AND INTENSE ABS WORKOUT WITH WALL BALL
No other equipment than a wall ball/vertball needed :) Try this burning abs workout and let me know what you think in the comments below. You can do it in your gym, or at home if you have the possibility to throw a ball against a wall ;) This abs session is about 25 minutes long, so you'll be done under 30 minutes. No excuses!

Today's abs exercises list - 1 ball 5 abs exercises:
45 seconds x 5 sets of each exercise, rest around 60 seconds between the sets.
1. Wall ball situps with heels against the wall
2. Plank with ball pass to the wall
3. Ball on legs crunch
4. Ball knee tucks
5. Crunches with ball
