Warm-Up (30/15 intervals)
• Full Mobility Swings
• Switch Swings
• Gunslinger Catch + Rotation

Main Circuit
5 Reps Each
1. Double Press x5
2. Barn Door Rotation x5
Option: mid-rack then 2 barn doors (right + left)
3. Squats x5
4. Drop to knees
5. Press x5 + Barn Door x5
6. Army Get-Up x5
7. Sitting: Press x5 + Barn Door x5

(3 Sets) Band not necessary
• Band Flys x5
• Glute Bridges x5
Then return to presses, moving from sitting → standing
