Thank you so much for stopping by!! Today we are making white rice.
White Recipe:
2 1/4 cups of water (2 cups for medium grain rice)
2 cups of long grain rice
oil (olive oil, avocado oil, vegetable oil, or canola oil)
1/4 tsp salt (optional)
Cook over medium-low heat on an electric stove. If your stove is numbered 1-10; 1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest setting then medium low would be a 3. Make sure you use a lid without a vent. When you stir the rice you would stir from the bottom to the top. WATCH THE VIDEO FOR INSTRUCTION
