*Note: See protocol for important procedures before you start.
00:14 - If necessary, remove media from wells to achieve volumes listed in table in the protocol
00:24 - Add Assay Reagent to each well, using multichannel pipette if possible
01:21 - Place plate at RT on a plate shaker for 5 min.
01:40 - Remove plate from plate shaker and incubate plate at RT for 25 min.
01:54 - Pipette 200 uL lysate to opaque plate as quickly as possible
02:17 - Measure luminescence using a plate reader with integration time 0,25-1 seconds
