Join Brynn for a LIVE 40 minute restorative, immune system supporting sequence that will include supported asana (physical postures) and stress-relieving breath practices (which in turn support our immune systems!). The class she has put together is based on postures and sequences created by BKS Iyengar, Geeta Iyengar, and other teachers in the system with a therapeutics background.
Students pleas have the following:
-A chair (any chair will do, use a folding chair if you have one!)
-A mat
Balls for rolling your feet (tennis, golf, lacrosse whatever you got!)
-3-4 yoga blankets OR thicker towels or regular blankets
-2 yoga blocks (does not matter the material). Thick books work as well!
-A strap or belt if you have one
-A bolster if you have one. If not, grab those couch cushions!
I will be showing different variations on the poses to meet the needs of our diverse student population!
