DB Press 4 Sets 8-12 Reps
Lateral Raises 4 Sets 10-15 Reps
Front Raises 4 Sets 10-12 Reps
Rear Delt Fly 4 Sets 10-12 Steps
DB Shrugs 4 sets 12 -15 Reps
