This healthy high‑protein bread roll is ready in just 15 minutes, zero carbs, and only ~97 calories per roll — made without white flour or yeast.
I make it almost every day and still stay on track. It’s soft, satisfying, and doesn’t feel like “diet food” at all.

Ingredients:
1 large egg
1 tsp olive oil (4.5 g)
Salt — to taste
Oregano — to taste
1 tbsp thick Greek yogurt, 2–5% (15 g)
1 tbsp coconut flour (8 g)
½ tsp psyllium husk (2–3 g)
½ tsp baking powder (2 g)
1 tbsp finely grated parmesan (10 g)

How to Make It:
1. Whisk egg, olive oil, salt, oregano, and Greek yogurt until smooth.
2. Add coconut flour, psyllium husk, baking powder, and finely grated parmesan. Mix well and let sit for a few minutes until thickened.
3. Scoop into two greased silicone molds (~150 ml each).
4. Microwave on high for 90 seconds, then add 15–30 seconds until set (microwave times vary—watch closely).
Or bake at 350°F (180°C) for 10–12 minutes until golden and airy.
5. Let cool slightly and enjoy as soft bread rolls — plain, toasted, or even frozen for later.
