Red Aval (or Poha or Flattened Rice or Rice Flakes) - 1 Cup

Grated Coconut - 1/2 Cup 

Coriander Leaves - Little 

Curry Leaves - Little 

Green Chillies - 2 

Dry Red Chilly - 1 

Mustard Seeds - 1/2 Tsp 

Cumin Seeds - 1/2 Tsp 

Urad Dal - 1/2 Tbsp 

Bengal Gram - 1/2 Tbsp 

Asafoetida Powder (Hing)  - 1/4 Tsp 

Salt - As Per Taste 

Ghee - 1 Tsp

NOTE : 1 Cup = 250 ml
