Samba Rava Upma
Ingredients
Samba Rava – 1⁄2 kg
Oil – 150 ml
Mustard Seeds – 1 Tbsp
Onion - 3 Nos
Bengal Gram – 2 Tbsp
Cashew Nuts – 10 to 15 Nos
Green Chilli – 3 Nos
Dry Red Chilli – 3 Nos
Ginger – 1 Small Piece
Tomato – 1 No
Green Peas – A Handful
Carrot – 1 No
Curry Leaves – 2 Strings
Coriander Leaves – As Required
Salt – To Taste
Coconut – 1⁄2 Shell
Roasted Gram –A Handful
Green Chilli – 3 Nos
