Ingredients :

Red Aval (or Poha or Flattened Rice or Rice Flakes) - 1 Cup

Grated Jaggery (or Sugar or Brown Sugar) - 1/2 Cup to 3/4 Cup

Cardamom Powder - 1/2 Tsp 

Dry Ginger Powder (or Sukku) - 1/4 Tsp 

Salt - 1 pinch 

Sesame Seeds - 1 Tbsp

Grated Coconut - 1/4 Cup 

Ghee - 1 Tsp

NOTE : 1 Cup = 250 ml
