This flow is #11 in my morning yoga series called Stiff In The Morning (SITM).
Here is the entire series: • MORNING YOGA SERIES: STIFF IN THE MORNING
In this yoga flow I take you through a 30 minute swift moving practice to get your Prana going in the morning to set you off for an energized and focused day.
This flow strengthens and stretches your spine and back body muscles plus conditions your core abdominal muscles.
I also take you through 6 cycles of my new creative Sun Salutation, inspired by the Hatha Yoga version.
We end with seated yoga poses to balance out and calm the nervous system for meditation.
SITM #11 is efficient, effective and nourishing for mind, body and soul; all in 30 minutes!
