This Yoga Session led by Michelle focuses on circulating oxygenated blood to your foot, ankle and calves so you can experience less tightness in the area due to foot drop.
Perform this class on the days you are not executing your strength training sessions on our channel so you can promote recovery which is one of the 3 pillars of the MS Workouts lifestyle.
3 Pillars of MS Workouts are: Strength Train 2-3 times per week, Recover on the days you are not strength training and finally get adequate levels of protein to ensure the best results.
