Strengthen your ankle and calves with this easy-to-follow routine for those living with MS, fibromyalgia and similar conditions!
In this video, Jeff Gotte, M.Ed demonstrates a variety of exercises that will help you improve overall strength and increase strength and functionality in your ankle and calves.
For the best results, perform this workout session 2-3 times per week with always at least 48 hours in between to make sure you are fully recovering.
