Hello everyone! This is my super easy one bowl recipe for the ' oh so popular ' burnt cheecake! Ingredients:
400 Grams (room temperature) cream cheese
90 Grams icing sugar (sifted)
3 Large eggs
250 Grams double cream (35 % fat content)
10-15 Grams plain flour (1 tablespoon)
2 Teaspoons pandan paste or 10ML (or for original, 1/2 - 1 teaspoon vanilla essence)
6 x 4 inch cake tin + large baking paper
