3.5 tbsp fresh pandan extract
4 drops pandan essences (optional)
for 6inch, 15cm mold

50g caster sugar
70g whipping cream
3 eggs
2 tbsp (50g) coconut milk
10g all purpose flour
2 tbsp fresh pandan extract
2-3 drops pandan essences (optional)
for 4" inch, 10cm mold
135g cream cheese
20g caster sugar
35g whipping cream
25g coconut milk
1 egg
5g all purpose flour
1tbsp fresh pandan extract
1 drop artificial pandan colouring
