Use this simple plan to get your first full bodyweight pull-up fast!
Warm up with arm circles and pulling your elbows back behind you to turn on your lats and upper back.
Hold the top isometric position for 20-30 seconds
Work sets 4-5 sets with 2-3 minutes between of either isometric holds or 3-5 short top-down reps.
Finish with either as many rows as possible in 2 minutes or hanging for 30s-1min.
