INGREDIENTS (6 buns)
1 Whole egg liquid 56g
Milk 139g
Instant dry yeast 3g (1/2Tsp)
Honey 30g (2Tbsp)
Salt 2g (1/2Tsp)
All-purpose flour 300g
Unsalted butter 20g
Topping:
1 Whole egg 56g
Black sesame 2Tbsp
Filling:
Homemade red bean paste, 50g each. (You can choose chocolate, blueberry jam, etc.)
☘* The moisture content of the dough is 65% (1 Whole egg liquid 56g+Milk 139g)
☘* Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). On the central rack, bake for 20 minutes.
