Hey YouTube Family!
It's finally here! I'm so happy to bring you a 60 Minute Workout....Let's Walk a 5K! It's a fun fat burning walk that will keep you motivated! You'll get over 7500 steps in! You can get this done on your treadmill or walking pad.
If you're able to we'll be increasing the Incline throughout the video. If you don't have incline....no problem....do what you can!
Remember this is your workout....change things up as you need to! You can run through the video, split it up, add incline, arm weights, a weight vest, etc. Be safe, have fun and let's move!!

Please remember to do your best to move throughout the day....
For example if you sit all day, try to get up every hour to move for 5-10 minutes, or park further away when you go shopping, get off a stop earlier if you take public transportation, take the stairs instead of the elevator, etc.
