Build
1st Item - Swift Boots: Early Mov. Speed for better roaming during invisibility plus some nice Atk. Speed.
2nd Item - Berserker's Fury: High Physical Damage and Crit Chance, it makes our crits 40% stronger making it a key component for our build to increase our damage.
3rd Item - Scarlet Phantom: Some P. Damage and Crit Chance but most importantly very high Atk. Speed, shred every enemy you touch!
4th Item - Haas's Claws: High P. Damage and very high Lifesteal giving us a lot of self sustain.
5th Item - Rose Gold Meteor: Good P. Damage, some Magic RES and Lifesteal. Very strong thanks to its Passive giving us a defensive Shield increasing our survivability by a lot.
6th Item - Blade of Despair: Highest DPS item to finish the build, it gives us extremely high P. Damage and some Atk. Speed. The passive can also situationally give another dps boost.
Starting Item: Hunter's Knife (you can also upgrade it shortly after if you want).

Potion: Red Potion (Energy Potion) from the Attack section of the Shop because of the added P. Damage and useful Lifesteal.

Emblem Set
Physical: Standard set for a marksman, good stats all around, nothing special to mention.
In general all "Physical Damage" based sets can work well with her.

Battle Spell
Retribution: Gives us a way to power farm the jungle and to steal buffs from the enemies while being invisible. After you get the upgraded jungle item you can also use it to slow enemies.

Tips
1) The Assassin Jungle Buff is a must have, more so because with Nat and this build you should always be able to get a buff somewhere on the map. The CDR, skill Cost Reduction and Armor Penetration are all good to have! Note that if someone in your team needs the buff more it's ok to leave it to them.
2) Max your 2nd Skill first (but you don't have to always pick it on level 1), the Atk. Speed buff you get from it gets stronger with each point so by maxing it out you also increases your damage potential by a lot.
3) At the start of the match quickly buy Hunter's Knife, go into a bush to get invisible and go to one of the enemy jungle buffs to look for a buff steal opportunity using Retribution. Getting your dash skill at level 1 can help doing this giving you the ability to dash on top of the monster (make sure to hit the monster!), use retribution to kill it and dash back to escape. The buff steal can of course go in many different ways, sometimes you can just use retribution while you are still invisible.
4) If possible (so if you don't leave one of the lanes too weak and vulnerable) you should do roaming in the early game to set up kills or even just to harass enemies out of the lane. Of course while you do this roaming you should stop in the various lanes and jungles to farm some gold.
5) Always remember to make good use of your Silence after you hit out of invisibility, 99% of the time you want to Silence first and then immediately use your 2nd Skill for max dps, you can then use your Dash for additional damage and to stay close to the enemy and use your Ultimate if the enemy is out of reach of basic attacks and you can finish him with that. Ultimate can also be good if your team is there to help you, you can use the ultimate to slow the enemies while your allies catch up and hit them.
6) Your attacks from the back count as critical attacks so they get buffed by Berserker's Fury and proc Scarlet Phantom's Passive.
7) If you are under your Smoke Cloud while an enemy tower is hitting you will receive very little damage and while you are inside it the next tower shots won't even deal more damage like they normally do! This makes Natalia very good at tower diving.
