Build
1st Item - Magic Shoes: Early Mov. Speed and cheap 10% CDR.
2nd Item - Enchanted Talisman: Good Magic Power, some HP, high 20% CDR and very high Mana Regen so we will never run out. Very good item which will allow us to spam our skills for the rest of the game thanks to the high cdr and mana regen provided.
3rd Item - Necklace of Durance: Good Magic Damage, some HP and 5% CDR. The Passive reduces enemy Regen/Lifesteal by 50% when we damage them with our skills adding some more utility to our skills. Many heroes rely on self sustain to function properly and this support item will help counter them.
4th Item - Courage Bulwark: Good HP and very high HP Regen. The Passive increases Damage and Defense of allies near us (it will also buff us of course) by 10% and also makes our minions more resistant to Turret Damage. Very nice during our ultimate since we will be inside one of our allies automatically giving our ally all these buffs.
5th Item - Thunder Belt: High HP and Mana Regen, Good Armor and HP Regen, 5% CDR. The Passive gives us an additional strong spammable slow giving us some more utility.
6th Item - Athena's Shield: High HP and Magic RES, good HP Regen. The Passive periodically gives us a very strong defensive Shield making us a lot more durable.

Potion: Rock Potion (Orange) for additional survivability.

Emblem Set
Magical: Awaken x3; Desire x3; Energy Absorption. It gives a lot of mana regen to help sustaining our spell usage, also gives good CDR, some Spell Vamp and HP/Mana on minion kills for more self sustain.

Battle Spell
Healing: A nice support spell that can also be used effectively during our ultimate while we are inside our ally.

Tips
1) The Support Jungle Buff can be nice to have in the early stages of the game so you can be more aggressive thanks to the added CDR and Mana Regen but it's not a must and it should be left to your allies who need it more.
2) Max your 1st Skill first, since this skill can hold many charges and can be spammed many times in a row having it at a high level will make you dish out a lot more damage/healing.
3) When you want to target your ultimate the position of your allies in that fan selection will not be the same during the whole game (sadly) so be careful when you are trying to quickly use your ultimate, somone who previously was in one of the slot may now be in a different one.
4) Try to stack as many Lover's Marks (1st skill hit) as possible on the target you use your 2nd skill on, the final damage of the skill will be increased by a lot if you have many marks on him!
5) Watch your positioning so you can be as efficient as possible with your 1st skill, try to hit as many allies and enemies as possible with every single for best results.
6) Angela's ultimate gives her global presence thanks to the very quick teleport on an ally. For example split pushing won't be a problem because if your team needs you you can quickly go help them (this doesn't mean that you always have to be splitpushing). As soon as you unlock your ultimate you have to start being aware of what's happening to your team all over the map to see if you can go help them when they are attacked or support their attacks, it can be a bit hard at first because it's not a common playstyle so just keep practicing.
7) Ult allies if you can save them from dying but also if possible try to ult allies with high mobility and in general with good fighting abilities so pretty much many assassins, fighters and some tanks too. Being inside one of those heroes while they fight inside the enemy team will help you stay in the heat of the action and get the most out of your skills.
