Build
Starting Item: Hunter's Knife into Pillager Axe, some extra defensive stats can be very useful.
1st Item - Swift Boots: Early Mov. Speed and some Atk. Speed, useful to get the stacks for our 2nd skill faster.
2nd Item - Blade of Despair: Highest DPS item, it gives extremely high P. Damage and some Atk. Speed. The Passive boosts our damage against disabled targets. The extremely high P. Damage will increase your burst damage by a ton since the early stages of the game.
3rd Item - Endless Battle: Very good all around stats, P. Damage, Lifesteal, 10% CDR, 5% Mov. Speed, HP and Mana Regen. The Passive gives additional burst damage thanks to the added True Damage and boosts our Mov. Speed.
4th Item - Rose Gold Meteor: Good P. Damage, some Magic RES and Lifesteal. Very strong thanks to its Passive giving us a defensive Shield increasing our survivability by a lot.
5th Item - Demon Hunter Sword: Good mix of P. Damage and Atk. Speed. The Passive gives up to 12% Lifesteal which is nice and additional damage based on the enemy HP% which is also very nice.
6th Item - Wings of the Apocalypse Queen: High HP, a bit of P. Damage and good CDR. When we get below 40% HP the Passive activates granting us good 15% Lifesteal but most importantly giving us a 40% all around damage reduction (the ingame description is worded poorly) making us very tanky!

Potion: Red Potion (Energy Potion) from the Attack section of the Shop. That added Lifesteal will be a nice added feature.

Emblem Set
Jungle: Brutal x3; Knowledge x3; Veteran Hunter. With this set you want to jungle early game and snowball out of control thanks to the quick farm you will get. You will kill jungle monsters super quickly and you will also get a lot of additional gold when you use Retribution!

Battle Spell
Retribution: Powerfarm the jungle and secure jungle buff/river crab. After you buy Pillager Axe it can also be used to slow enemy heroes.

Tips
1) The Assassin Jungle Buff isn't key for Helcurt but since you are going with this jungle farming build you should pretty much have it everytime.
2) Max 2nd Skill first to maximize your burst damage.
3) The stacks from your 2nd skill last a decent amount of time, try to have it fully charged up before you initiate a fight for added burst damage, you can easily build it up again before it comes off cd.
4) As a squishy Assassin you have to understand your time window to go in and when to go back out to stay alive, for both the situations your 1st skill or ultimate will help.
5) Your ultimate can help ally ganks on the other side of the map by lowering the enemy vision, it has a long cooldown but if you have the map awarness to use it at the right time it might be worth to do so to secure a kill on an important hero.
6) Thanks to his ultimate Helcurt can do a decent job at splitpushing because if enemies start collapsing on him he can ultimate + 1st skill to run away using the lower enemy vision and very strong mov. speed buff from ultimate.
