Day 28 check-in.
Today was a weigh-in day — down 10 lbs from two weeks ago, and 20 lbs total in 28 days.
Nothing fancy. Just eating with intention, moving every day, and staying consistent even when I’m tired.
Today’s work included pushups, squats, core work, posterior chain holds, resistance band pulls, and plenty of real-world labor hauling topsoil and mulch.
I’m not chasing extremes — just building capacity, cleaning up habits, and showing up again tomorrow.
Consistency compounds.
