Ingredients:
200 g kidney beans (rinsed well)
3 eggs
50 g skyr or low-fat Greek yogurt
40 g flour (spelt, oat or all-purpose)
30 g cocoa powder (unsweetened)
2 tsp / 8 g baking powder
80 ml milk
25 g whey protein
25 g casein protein
40 g chocolate chips
Nutrients per slice (1/6 of the tray):
Calories: 164
Protein: 14 g
Fat: 4 g
Carbs: 16 g

Ingredients:
200 g chickpeas (drained & rinsed)
3 eggs
7 dates
50 g skyr or low-fat Greek yogurt
40 g flour (spelt or all-purpose)
2 tsp / 8 g baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
100 ml milk
25 g whey protein
25 g casein protein
40 g white chocolate chips
Nutrients per slice (1/6 of the tray):
