These *high protein brownies* are soft, chocolatey, and surprisingly satisfying. Each brownie has about **10–11 grams of protein**, making them a great option if you're working on hitting your protein goals but still want something sweet.
Right now I’m focusing on rebuilding my routines, eating better, and fueling my body with more protein while balancing real life as a busy mom. Recipes like this help me stay consistent without feeling like I’m giving up dessert.
RECIPE
Wet Ingredients
1 cup mashed cooked sweet potato
2 eggs
1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Dry Ingredients
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 scoops unflavored protein powder (30g scoop with ~25g protein each)
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease or line an 8x8 pan. I used a 2 qt pan but 8x8 or 9inch cake pan will work too.
Mix wet ingredients until smooth.
Add dry ingredients and stir until combined.
Pour batter into pan and bake for about **20–22 minutes**.
Let cool before slicing into **8 brownies**.
