This DEKA FIT–style conditioning workout is designed to build your engine, stamina, and work capacity without burning out early. Using an EMOM format, this session teaches you how to hold consistent intensity while managing fatigue — a key skill for DEKA FIT, HYROX, and hybrid athletes.
🏋️♂️ Workout Details
DEKA 2 – Engine Intervals
Format: EMOM 30 (rotate every minute)
1️⃣ 12/10 Cal Echo Bike
2️⃣ 15 Goblet Squats
3️⃣ 12 Burpees
4️⃣ 40 Double Unders
5️⃣ Rest
Repeat this 5-minute cycle 6 total times.
The goal is to stay smooth, breathe under pressure, and finish strong — not to redline early. Perfect for athletes training for DEKA FIT, functional fitness races, CrossFit-style conditioning, or general endurance.
