It’s Day #1 of IGNITE! In this workout we will work your entire body for strength and cardio using either a set of dumbbells or a kettlebell, or both if you've got them! We will have three quick rounds of three quick moves starting back to basics - increasing in intensity but decreasing in time. All you need for this workout are your weights and a mat and of course I will give you lots of options so listen to your body and work to your level. Are you ready? Let's do it!
