This is the workout:
1. Warm-up / Mobility
2. Superset: Lat Pulldowns + Machine Shoulder Press (2 sets: 16-20 reps - dont fatigue, just warmup).
3. Superset: Neutral Grip Pulldown + Arnlod Press (4 sets: 8-12 reps | 8-12)
4. One Arm Row (4 sets: 6-10 reps)
5. Superset: Cable Upright Row + Cable Front Raise (4 sets: 12-15 reps + 12 reps)
6. One Arm Machine Row (4 sets: 8-15 reps)
7. Lateral Raises (4 sets: 12-15 reps)
8. Lat Cable Pullovers (4 sets: 15 reps)
