A thunderstorm sweeps over the lake and I decided to bake apple muffins in my cozy boat. Recently, I saw a video where someone measured the amount of tea you really get in a box and decided to blend my own using my favorite spices, so I'm trying out this blend in a small batch. The muffin recipe I used is linked below. I used less sugar because my apple sauce was already sweetened. This recipe uses gluten-free flour, but you could probably substitute it with any old flour.
