You know I love a unicorn, I love glitter & sparkles too... so, in this video, I've created 'Unicorn Poopops' First I'll show you how I make my fluffy meringue and then I'll show you how I turn them into unicorn meringues on a lollipop stick (as If by magic!) They are loads of fun to make, great to give as a gift and fab to make for a party!

Hey there! I’m Stacey Hart, mum to 3 boys and semi-finalist on The Great British Bake Off 2017. I've always loved baking for friends and family and since GBBO aired lots of you have been asking me to share my recipes too. INGREDIENTS & METHOD
Ingredients
150g Room Temp Egg Whites
¼ tsp Cream of Tartar
300g Caster Sugar
Electric pink, blue and purple food colouring
Glitter
Candy melt or white chocolate
Lollipop sticks
Candy floss essence
Method
Oven on the 100 conventional heat
Start whipping the egg whites slowly and then speed up to get the mixture to soft peaks
Spoon in the caster sugar a spoon at a time (allowing the meringue to become full again after each addition)
When all the sugar has been added whisk for another 5 mins until all the sugar is dissolved and the meringue is super thick then add a few drops of the essence of your choice
In the meantime line 2 large baking trays
Split the meringue into three, carefully fold in the food colouring and then spoon into individual piping bags and flatten each of them down
Put the open star nozzle into a large piping bag and then carefully and evenly place the three smaller bags into it.
Pipe some small poos first to get the three colours to come out before piping the bigger ones.
Sprinkle some glitter on the meringues
Bake for 45 mins and then leave to cool a while in the oven before taking out
When totally cold melt some white chocolates or candy melts and dip a lollipop stick in them before carefully inserting into the bottom of the meringue
Leave to harden at room temp
