This is the video posted between the Rocklin Rocket Videos. I filmed this today after yesterday on the scanner I overheard that there was an car accident here that knocked over a electrical power pole down the road behind me from the first angle which dropped power lines disrupting the light rail system and other railroad movements with the UP Sac Sub also. While SMUD was fixing the power lines SACRT and UP signal maintainers were also out here monitoring and it looks like one of the wires got caught on UP's signal also. Even though nothing railroad wise was damaged except for both gates being different from when I last filmed this crossing, UP decided to change their Bell sequence to match with SACRT's side Bell sequence ringing through whole activation. This crossing before the light rail was extended in 2015 was fully ownes by UP and bells ring through whole activation and when UP added their gateless signal before the crossing was jointly owned they changed it to ring till gates start rising and then right afterwards became a jointly owned two bell sequence crossing until seven years later now the bell sequences match
This crossing is an jointly owned mixed install crossing with this side of the tracks being owned by Union Pacific and the other side being owned by Sacramento Regional Transit. The right signals cantilever is an WP 1970s signal build install with changes to its Bell, lights, mast light heads, and mast Brackets not being original to the signal. It's gated mast is an UP early 2010s signal build install with changes to its gate and gate lights not original to it. The gateless signal on the left is an UP mid 2010s signal build install. The signals on the other side are an SACRT mid 2010s signal build install with changes to the gate barrier and gate LEDs on the gated signal same as its original without the gate stabilizer.
Sacramento Regional Transit Light Rail Blue Line Trains pass through the Meadowview Road Railroad Crossing on the SACRT Blue Line in Sacramento. California. In fact this month on the 24th the Blue Lien would of been extended past here 7 years. Time flies fast.

There are also two yellow flashers for traffic not to stop on tracks that activates only when traffic reaches the railroad tracks from the intersection ahead of me and their are also two train LED blank out signal signs with one of them having a Siemens Base and a 7 inch Safetran Dwarf Signal.
