Bread flour … 4 cups (500 g)
Sugar … 2 tbsp (30 g)
Salt … 1 tsp (6 g)
Nonfat dry milk … ⅓ cup (37 g)
Water … 1½ cups (333 g)
Instant dry yeast … 2 tsp (6 g)
Unsalted butter … 2 tbsp (30 g)
