● Cardamom Powder – 4 tsp
● Fresh Coriander Leaves – 4 bunch
● Mint Leaves – 4 bunch
● Curd (Yogurt) – 1 kg
● Ghee (Clarified Butter) – 250 g
● Saffron (Zafran) – 1 g
● Saffron Food Colour – as required
