Hi friends! Welcome back to another vlog!
This week, my husband and I snuck away for a much-needed reset and quality time together at the beautiful Nobu Hotel in Los Cabos. From the moment we arrived, it felt like exhaling, a space to slow down, reconnect, and soak up some sunshine.
We spent our days walking along the beach, lounging poolside, and enjoying the most nourishing, flavourful meals (yes, Nobu sushi lived up to the hype). The whole trip was a reminder of how important it is to pause, especially as life gets busy.
This vlog is all about that sweet in-between, intentional rest, grounding conversations, and making space for joy and connection. I came home feeling full in all the best ways.
