Life & Cabo Vlog: My ADHD Breakthrough, A Patient Consult & Cabo with the Girls

Описание: It has been a while since I picked up the camera, and if I am being honest there is a reason for that.

In this vlog I share something very personal about my life. I was recently diagnosed with ADHD and started medication called Vyvanse. The change it has created for me has honestly been life changing.

For as long as I can remember my brain has been loud. Not busy in a productive way, but constant chatter. Thoughts stacking on top of each other, jumping from one thing to the next. My brain just would not shut up. I spent years trying to keep up with it while building businesses, raising my kids, and showing up for everyone around me.

What has surprised me the most is how much this clarity has also affected other parts of my life. I talk openly in this vlog about my long history with anorexia and bulimia that began when I was only seven years old. It is something I have shared about before, and something that has been part of my life for decades.

Since starting medication I feel a level of calm and clarity that I have never experienced before. My mind feels more organized, my thoughts feel quieter, and I finally feel present in my own life. It has helped me feel more balanced and steady in ways I did not expect.

I share this because I always want this space to be honest. Life is not perfectly curated behind the scenes, and growth often comes from the conversations we are willing to have openly.

In this vlog I also bring you into part of my everyday world at the clinic. I share a patient consultation and talk about something I am very passionate about when it comes to skincare. Skin health is not just about products or treatments. It is about understanding the skin, supporting it properly, and educating patients so they can make the right decisions for their skin long term.

Then the vlog takes a bit of a turn.

A few days later I am packing for Cabo with a few of the girls from the clinic. Two of them unfortunately couldn’t come due to illness, but the four of us who went had the best time. Lots of laughs, incredible food, sunshine, and a chance to slow down for a few days together.

This vlog really captures a mix of everything. Real life, healing, work, friendship, and a season where things are starting to feel more aligned.
