When Life Catches Up: Juggling Business, Reno, and Mom Life

This week finally caught up with me, and let’s just say… I tried to eat the whole elephant instead of taking it one bite at a time. Between the stress of our clinic renovation, rewriting protocols and intake forms, and trying to tackle what feels like the entire world at once, I hit a breaking point. My mom always reminds me, “You can’t eat an elephant in one bite—small bites, chew through.” Well, I definitely forgot that lesson this week.

In this vlog, you’ll see the raw, unfiltered side of juggling it all, business owner, mom, wife, and just trying to keep my head above water. There may have been a minor meltdown (or two), but hey, that’s real life. Between the chaos, I’m also doing my usual mom duties, running errands, and making it all work in the in-between moments.

Of course, I had to squeeze in some beauty time! I’m trying out a few new makeup products and sharing some quick tips along the way. And because no week is complete without a little food mishap, let’s just say my spinach and feta wrap took a turn for the worse, thanks to Pippy!
