Shaking is a really powerful practice that can release blockages in the body and have profound healing effects. It really helps clear blocked emotions, and has been reported to cure severe illnesses such as cancer. It can also lead to really blissful and ecstatic states as it opens up the kundalini energy pathway in the body.
