200 Kettlebell Swings in Under 10min!

Welcome to Day 5 of our Swing into 2026 challenge!
Today's swing workout is a descending ladder of reps - be prepared to challenge your endurance!
Coach Hallie talks you through the rep scheme in the beginning, but make sure to warm up first because we jump right into the swings. Here is a link to a mobility video if you need a quick warmup first: • 11 Minutes of Hip Mobility!
The first round of swings will be 60 reps, so choose a light-ish bell that you are very confident swinging. We recommend doing the same bell for the 2nd round which will be 50 swings.
Then switch to a heavier bell for the next set which is 40 swings. And stick with that bell for round 4 which is 30 swings.
And for the last set of 20 swings, choose a heavy bell that will really challenge your stamina at the end.
