It' day 2 of our squat challenge and Coach Hallie takes you through a workout that focuses on your double racked squats.
The double rack position is a great skill to learn on your kettlebell journey and it is a great way to front load some heavy weight with your bells.
Coach Hallie takes you through a hip mobility warmup to start and then moves on to a superset of lunges that are paired with a beast variation to fire up your core.
The main superset is the DB KB racked squats and we pair those with a beast-to-plank for two sets.
This workout challenges your stability, your anti-rotation, and your strength - it's truly a full-body workout with an emphasis on the squat pattern!
