So as a long distance runner, you probably think! The more hours on my feet, also in the long run, the more fun and the better my training and aerobic capacity right?! Let this guy in the video say whatever he likes.
Well to answer the question of the title straight away! In my opinion the long run should be a maximum of 2,5hours and in this video I am going to explain why! To add to this it also depends on your experience level and your goals of course. However good to set some boundaries for the long run in my opinion! I hope I can convince some people to stay at least 3omin longer in bed on Sunday and gain similar or better training effects than before! Let’s take you along my long run that I performed last weekend!
