The Pec Deck Machine Fly is an excellent isolation machine exercise that isolates the muscles in the chest. To get started:
1. Sit down on the seat and grip the handles with your hands at chest level.
2. With your arms extended, bring the handle towards the midline of your body, in a big hugging motion.
3. Think about bringing the inside of your elbow pits together as you contract your chest.
4. Pause for a moment to feel a good contraction, then under control, reverse the movement to feel a good stretch in the chest.
5. Immediately complete another rep.
6. Repeat for reps or time.
