Macaco Mistake #2: Don’t Jump Too Early

Описание: Jumping too early is one of the most common mistakes when learning the Macaco. If you don’t give your body time to fully stretch upward, it becomes very hard to bring your hips over and transition into a clean, overhead Macaco.

Just try to be patient and let the stretch happen first. That small pause makes a big difference. It also helped me a lot.
