Aneil holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology, is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. She is also certified as a FallProof™ Balance and Mobility Instructor, a Functional Aging Specialist, and a Brain Health Trainer. Since 2007, Aneil has specialized in senior wellness as a Director of Life Enrichment, fitness instructor and personal trainer.
Aneil focuses on functional strength through primarily isometric exercises combined with balance training and fun brain exercises using cross-hemisphere movements or discussion questions.
